Jenna has a Master's Degree in Business Taxation and over a decade of experience in public accounting. With deep experience in the healthcare industry, Jenna specializes in providing proactive tax planning, consulting and compliance services to physicians and their practices. From day-to-day transactions to complex transaction structures, she has the technical expertise and knowledge of the industry to recognize opportunities and develop tax strategies for her clients. Jenna is fast-paced, professional, and enjoys a good challenge. She co-founded Brandner & Bauer LLP with the objective of helping business owners cultivate good accounting and tax practices to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Jenna and her husband, Adam, keep busy with their three young children.

Jason Brandner, Partner

Jason has a passion for working with clients in his community and appreciates the opportunities to interact personally with clients at local events. With over 19 years of experience at a large firm, Jason knows the importance of cultivating relationships with his clients and has the skill set to exceed expectations. Jason's focus is tax and business consulting and he takes pride in working full-circle with his clients from business startup, tax planning, and then compliance. While he has ample knowledge/experience in a wide range of industries, he sets himself apart from other CPA's in the healthcare industry where he gets involved with everything ranging from day to day operations, to compensation modeling, to physician buy/sell transactions.
Originally from Medford, WI, Jason now calls Chippewa Falls home with his wife Nicole and two young boys. When not running the kids to baseball and soccer, Jason can be found in the outdoors either fishing or hunting. He is also active in the local Rotary Club where he gets the opportunity to give back to the community on a regular basis.

Becca Holman, Manager

Becca has been providing outsourced accounting, consulting, and advisory services to clients for over a decade. She is passionate about delivering accounting assistance and training through QuickBooks and other financial accounting software. Becca specializes in accurate and timely financial statement preparation and is dedicated to developing meaningful relationships with clients, helping them thrive and grow in their businesses. She approaches every challenge with an open mind and a positive attitude.
A native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Becca enjoys exploring the city's wonderful parks and clubs. Known by many as a fitness enthusiast, she now spends most of her days chasing after her twin toddlers. Becca is also an active member of CORBA, a volunteer-based organization committed to building, improving, and maintaining local trails.

Outside of work Amanda and her husband, Tyler, enjoy spending their time at the hockey rink or baseball field with their three children.

Outside of her professional life, Karn enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Brian, have two grown children and two dogs. In their free time, they love spending time at their lake cabin in Northern Wisconsin.
